KickStart is always looking for passionate coaches for BAY-SL, our Development Program, and our Competitive Program. Whether you’re an experienced coach or looking to get licensed, we’d love to hear from you.
What we look for
- A positive, patient approach to coaching kids ages 6–19
- Willingness to complete a background check and SafeSport training
- Availability for weekday practices and Saturday games
- Coaching license a plus, but not required — we help with certification
