FC KickStart (Kickstart) Photo & Video Release Agreement

By registering my child for training sessions, programs, events, or activities operated by FC KickStart, a year-round soccer program operated by Kickstart, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I grant FC KickStart and Kickstart the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, record video, and otherwise capture my child’s image, likeness, name, and/or voice during FC KickStart and Kickstart activities.

I understand that these photos and videos may be used for legitimate purposes including, but not limited to:

• Content on fckickstart.com
• Social media platforms operated by FC KickStart or Kickstart
• Program promotions, marketing, and advertising
• Training highlights, event recaps, and announcements
• Educational or informational materials

I agree that these materials may be edited, combined with other media, published, and distributed without prior approval and without compensation.

I acknowledge that FC KickStart and Kickstart will not knowingly use images or videos in a harmful, misleading, or inappropriate manner. All content will be used respectfully and in alignment with the mission and values of Kickstart.

I release and hold harmless FC KickStart, Kickstart, and their owners, program officials, coaches, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from the use of such photos or videos.

This release is binding and applies to all media formats now known or developed in the future.

By signing below, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant and that I fully understand and agree to this Photo & Video Release.
