Days Off: July 4th/6th - Days/Times: Fridays: 5:15 PM - 6:15 PM // Sundays: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Pricing: One term: $320 (1 Child) // $560 (2 Children) || Both terms: $560 (1 Child) // $1000 (2 Children)

Liability Waiver and Release of Claims
By registering my child for this soccer camp, I understand and agree to the following:
- Participation in this soccer camp involves physical activity, and I acknowledge the risk of injury or harm that may occur.
- I release the organizers, coaches, volunteers, and the hosting facility from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in this camp.
- I understand that medical insurance is not provided by the camp, and I am responsible for any medical costs incurred due to injury or other incidents.
- In case of emergency, I authorize the camp staff to secure necessary medical treatment for my child.
- I grant permission to FC KickStart to take and use photographs and/or videos of me and/or my child for advertising, promotional, and media purposes
- By registering below, I confirm that I have read and agreed to the terms outlined above, and that I am the legal parent or guardian of the registered participant.
- I understand that when I register a player, I will need to send the payment through Zelle to (510) 766-6756.
