BAY-SL (Kickstart) Photo & Video Release Agreement

By registering my child for programs, league matches, training sessions, events, or activities operated by BAY-SL, a league operated by Kickstart, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I grant BAY-SL and Kickstart the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, record video, and otherwise capture my child’s image, likeness, name, and/or voice during BAY-SL and Kickstart activities.

I understand that these photos and videos may be used for legitimate purposes including, but not limited to:

• Content on fckickstart.com
• Social media platforms operated by BAY-SL or Kickstart
• League promotions, marketing, and advertising
• Event highlights, recaps, and announcements
• Educational or informational materials

I agree that these materials may be edited, combined with other media, published, and distributed without prior approval and without compensation.

I acknowledge that BAY-SL and Kickstart will not knowingly use images or videos in a harmful, misleading, or inappropriate manner. All content will be used respectfully and in alignment with the mission and values of Kickstart.

I release and hold harmless BAY-SL, Kickstart, and their owners, league officials, coaches, referees, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from the use of such photos or videos.

This release is binding and applies to all media formats now known or developed in the future.

By checking the box and completing registration, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant and that I fully understand and agree to this Photo & Video Release.
