A: Make-up sessions are not offered unless the player is registered for the next term. If enrolled in the following term, families are eligible for one prorated make-up session carried over into that next season.

A: Yes! Details regarding sibling pricing are available on the camp registration/pricing page.

A: Kickstart does not offer refunds once the camp has started. If you need to cancel before the first session, please contact us in advance to discuss potential options. Exceptions may be considered for extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies. 

A: The registration fee will be prorated only if requested before the season begins. Once the season starts, the full fee applies.

A: Any session canceled due to weather or facility issues will be made up by extending the season.
